Returns
- Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Hair extensions that have been worn, altered, or tampered with in any way are not eligible for return.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at aestheticextensions828@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Please include the RMA number with your returned item. Ship the item back to us at the location provided.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
No Refunds
- Due to hygiene and sanitation reasons, we do not offer refunds for any of our hair extensions or related products. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made units are not eligible for return or refund.
